Hello! This is the PR representative for Footbank Systems.
We hold a company-wide meeting once every three months to report on our performance and understand the company's operations.
After the social gathering, we also hold events to deepen the bonds between employees.
At the All-Japan Social Meeting held in June, we let loose a little and held a BBQ and camping event, which was also held on-site!
🏕️The national social gathering held once every three months was held at a campsite this time.
This time, the whole society, BBQ & camping was held at Kawai Campground. The whole society was held both on-site and online.
In addition to reports from each department, the session provided a valuable opportunity to share the results of the career interviews that are conducted once a year from July to August, as well as the future stages of growth for FootbankSystems.

Unfortunately it was raining heavily that day, but thanks to the bungalow we had booked, we had a roof and were able to get ready without any problems.
After the social gathering was over, we all toasted and then the BBQ started.
Since we all work in different places, it was a great opportunity to meet for the first time in a long time and spend some quality time together eating delicious food like steak and grilled corn.

Because of the heavy rain, we went to the bungalows early, but we still had time to enjoy some drinks and socialize.
This time, we were split into an overnight group and a day trip group. The day trip group returned home, but the overnight group was able to enjoy themselves until the next day.
⛺After the National Social and Camp Events
This year's All Japan Society was held in a natural setting, far from the usual, and it was a refreshing opportunity to experience a different atmosphere. We were able to deepen our interactions with people we hadn't seen in a long time, and we were able to spend a fulfilling time as a break from work.
We also hold other events such as drinking parties and game parties, and we hope to continue providing a place where everyone can enjoy themselves, both inside and outside the company.
