Today I would like to talk about an in-house recreational activity we have been working on recently called "coaching," which focuses on communication skills.
🚀 What is coaching?
Coaching is a communication technique that maximizes the other person's potential through dialogue and supports goal achievement. This approach is highly effective not only for individual growth, but also for improving relationships in teams and organizations.
🎲 Sharing values through the Value Card Game
When we started this activity, we began with a game called "Value Cards."
Through this game, we were able to share our values and foster a deeper understanding of each other.
🔍 Rediscovering Communication
Next, a coaching session was held on the theme of communication.
We discussed how our communication has changed due to the impact of COVID-19. Through this session, we were able to share an image of the final goal of feeling like we are communicating well, and formulate the first action plan to work towards that goal!

In addition, Footbank Systems provides employees with access to personal coaching by professional mental coaches at any time, allowing them to address both work-related and personal concerns.
